How many guests can you move?
Each people mover carries up to 11 passengers. For larger guest lists we schedule multiple vehicles or timed return runs — tell us your numbers and we’ll build a transport plan around them.
Do you do venue-to-venue transfers on the day?
Yes. Ceremony to photo location to reception — we follow your run sheet and stay in contact with your coordinator throughout the day.
Can you handle wedding transport outside the Sunshine Coast?
Yes. We regularly cover Brisbane, Gympie and hinterland venues including Maleny, Montville and Flaxton. Just ask when you request your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better for peak wedding season, but we’ll always do our best to help at short notice. Get a quote and we’ll confirm availability for your date.
